The European Space Week 2017 will be organised by the European Commission under the auspices of the Estonian presidency of the Council of the EU starting on 1 July 2017 and co-organised by the European Space Agency, Anwendungszentrum Gmbh Oberpfaffenhofen (AZO) and Garage48. The event will take place in Tallinn and Tartu – Estonia – from 3 to 9 November 2017. It will foster interactions between the space and digital communities and will provide visibility to the rapidly changing space sector and space applications as well as to the European Union’s Space Programmes. The whole week is conceived to be a constellation of events, conferences, training sessions, infodays and exhibitions that will address different space related topics and that will interest different audiences from policy makers to small businesses, from public authorities to the industry etc.
